Regional Recruitment are looking for a driven, ambitious and people-focused Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Leicester team.

You’ll have the opportunity to work across a busy commercial desk, building your own client and candidate relationships, winning new business and making great placements.

• Salary of up to £32,000 per year, depending on experience
• Uncapped commission structure with excellent earning potential
• Early finish Fridays

Essential:

• Previous recruitment experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Resourcer or similar
• A confident and proactive approach to business development and candidate generation
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Comfortable working to targets and KPIs
• Strong relationship-building skills
• A positive, resilient and results-driven attitude
• Ability to work independently while being a strong team player

Desirable:

• Experience recruiting within the Commercial, Sales, Business Support or Professional Services sectors
• A genuine passion for recruitment and delivering a great candidate and client experience
• Willingness to work towards KPIs and targets

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates
• Managing the full recruitment process from taking a vacancy through to placement
• Sourcing and attracting candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking and proactive headhunting
• Conducting candidate interviews and ensuring candidates are fully briefed on opportunities
• Developing new business opportunities through proactive sales activity, calls, meetings and networking
• Managing and growing your own client portfolio
• Writing engaging job adverts and effectively marketing vacancies
• Negotiating offers and managing the recruitment process through to completion
• Working towards individual and team targets while contributing to the continued growth of the Leicester office

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will also be expected to be:
