As a Recruitment Consultant, you will take full ownership of your desk and manage the entire 360- recruitment lifecycle:

• Win new business through proactive B2B sales activity (calls, LinkedIn, networking)

• Build and develop client relationships into long-term partnerships

• Source and headhunt high-quality talent using industry-leading tools

• Match candidates to suitable opportunities and guide them through the process

• Negotiate offers and close deals

• Meet clients and candidates both virtually and in person
