Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking an ambitious and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Southampton office, working on a busy and established Temporary Recruitment Desk within the Accountancy & Finance sector.

This is an excellent opportunity to work closely alongside an experienced manager, receiving hands-on support, coaching, and industry knowledge before gradually taking full ownership of the desk yourself. You''ll inherit a successful, fast-paced desk with significant scope for growth and development.

Whilst previous 360 recruitment experience would be advantageous, it is not essential. We are open to considering candidates with a strong recruitment background or transferable experience who are eager to develop their career within a specialist market.

What You''ll Be Doing

• Full 360 Recruitment Process: Engage in every aspect of recruitment business development and client acquisition to job briefings, candidate sourcing, interviews, offer negotiations and deal closures.

• Candidate Sourcing: Utilise job boards, referrals, and headhunting via platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter. Source candidates via advertising, job boards, social media and referrals.

• Key Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, offering exceptional service and advice. Network and build relationships with clients to drive sales.

• Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure branch success and maximise cross-selling opportunities

• Keen to learn, develop, and take ownership of a successful recruitment desk over time.
