This includes HR, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Admin, and General Office Support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full 360 recruitment cycle in a fast-paced environment, ensuring optimum relationship-building with both client and candidate to maximise opportunity and strive for success. Day-to-day of the role: Conducting client consultations to understand their specific recruitment needs and building lasting relationships. Sourcing candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and databases. Screening and interviewing candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for various roles. Managing the full recruitment cycle from initial contact to placement, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both clients and candidates. Providing advice and feedback to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process. Staying updated with industry trends and maintaining a deep understanding of the job market in the specified regions.
