Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for qualified finance roles within the Financial Services sector in London, dealing with a mixture of organisations such as banks and fintechs, with a focus on small family offices.Build and deepen strategic relationships with clients, providing expert recruitment advice to ensure the best candidate matches for permanent accounting positions.Source top-tier Finance candidates for roles such as Financial Controller, Financial Accountant, Management Accountant.Leverage Michael Page''s market-leading resources, networks, and industry insights to attract candidates and support clients effectively.Actively develop and build new relationships across the Financial Services space in London, gaining a deeper understanding of hiring needs to ensure strong, long-term partnerships.Collaborate within a highly successful team, with opportunities to pass work and support each other in a warm desk environment.Proactively identify and act on business development opportunities within the national remit.Profile / Qualifications

Experience in 360 recruitment, preferably within commercial, professional services and/or finance in the Financial Services sector, with a proven track record of driving and winning new business opportunities, building long-term relationships and delivering results.Ability to illustrate billings, successes and achievements in recruitment; demonstrate wins.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders, including Fund Directors, Fund Managers, Heads of Finance.Proactive, consultative approach to client acquisition and account management.Ability to attract and engage top accounting candidates.Self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Job Offer / Benefits
