Recruitment Consultant

Due to continued growth within The Yorkshire construction market, we''re looking to expand our Sheffield team with an experienced Recruitment Consultant to manage a warm White Collar Construction desk. You''ll inherit established Tier 1 clients, existing live vacancies, and a busy desk with immediate billing potential.

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Manage and develop an established White Collar Construction desk.
• Build long-term relationships with Tier 1 contractors and key clients.
• Source, interview, and place high-calibre White Collar Construction professionals.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification through to placement.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities while growing existing accounts.
• Conduct client visits and attend meetings across your region.
• Deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team performance targets.

What We''re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant with a successful billing history.
• Construction recruitment experience is preferred, although recruiters from other professional sectors will be considered.
• Strong business development and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven.
• A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to client meetings.
• A passion for delivering outstanding recruitment solutions.
