Job Title: Recruitment Consultant Location: Cannock Salary: From £26,780 per annum + uncapped commission Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (Office-based) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent We are currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our successful and well-established Industrial Department based in Cannock. No previous recruitment experience is required we provide full training, ongoing support, and a clear pathway for career development. The Role: As a Recruitment Consultant, you will work in a full 360-degree recruitment role, managing the entire recruitment process from business development through to candidate placement.Business development and selling recruitment services to new and existing clients (B2B) Building and maintaining strong client relationships Visiting clients on-site and managing their recruitment accounts Sourcing and interviewing candidates for a variety of roles including but not limited to warehouse operatives, production operatives, picking and packing roles, FLT Drivers and many more.
