Senior 360 Recruitment Consultant - Bury 30,000 to 45,000 + Uncapped Commission Are you a 360 Recruitment Consultant ready to build a desk on your own terms? We''re a small, close knit recruitment business in Bury and we''re looking for an experienced consultant to join our team, taking full ownership of the recruitment cycle from winning new clients through to sourcing, interviewing and delivering placements. This is a hands on role for someone who thrives on autonomy and wants to be rewarded for the results they bring in. Because we''re a small team you won''t be just a number, you''ll have real visibility and the chance to help shape the business as it grows.
