Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for a hands-on Recruitment Consultant to join our busy Enfield team on a temporary basis. This may lead to a permanent postion in the future for the right candidate. This role is perfect for someone with 360 recruitment experience, strong client development and customer service skills. You will focus on managing existing client accounts, ensuring smooth operational processes, and providing excellent candidate support.Key responsibilities: Manage day-to-day client relationships and act as the main point of contact for operational queriesOversee ongoing candidate placements, registrations, interviews, and compliance documentationInput weekly payroll accurately and resolve any timesheet or payroll queriesMaintain accurate system records and provide administrative support to the teamSkills and Requirements: Strong communication, organisational, and customer service skillsConfident IT skills, particularly Excel, and strong administrative capabilityAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPrevious recruitment, temporary staffing, or payroll experience is desirableProfessional, approachable, and proactive with a flexible attitudeIt is essential that you drive and have your own transport as business travel will be required (mileage for business travel will be reimbursed)You will be working Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
