It''s a billing role on an established warm desk, with existing clients, candidates and business to build on.Experience in temporary recruitment, ideally within education or a similar market, is preferred. We''re looking for someone who understands the pace of a temporary desk, enjoys the commercial side of recruitment and is motivated by making placements and billing.We''re also open to people with an education background who are commercially minded, or candidates with strong sales/business development experience.Most importantly, we''re looking for someone who is friendly, driven, commercially focused and wants to succeed.The RoleYou''ll be responsible for:Managing and developing an established warm deskBuilding relationships with schools and developing new businessBuilding and managing a strong candidate talent poolSourcing, interviewing and registering candidatesAdvertising vacancies and marketing candidatesMatching candidates to suitable rolesNegotiating offers and managing placementsGenerating billings and working towards individual targetsGrowing your desk and maximising your earning potentialWhat we''re looking forWe''re ..... full job details .....
