This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant looking to progress their career in permanent recruitment. You’ll have the freedom to run your own 360 recruitment desk, with uncapped earning potential, strong career progression and award-winning training.

The Role

- Running your own 360 recruitment desk in Leeds
- Winning new business with prospective and lapsed clients
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of quality candidates
- Client visits and attending networking events across Yorkshire
- Using sourcing tools and social media to attract top talent
- Developing long-term client and candidate relationships

What We’re Looking For

- Previous Recruitment Consultant experience (180 or 360)
- Strong business development and account management skills
- Proven track record of working to and exceeding targets
- A full UK driving licence (essential)
- Ambitious, resilient, and self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
