Reporting to the Hub Manager, you''ll be responsible for developing business on your own desk, by attracting quality candidates and effectively matching them to clients. You''ll be expected to offer a consultative approach to both your candidates and clients in order to maintain a high level of service. You will be managing the Perms desk. The ideal candidate will have recruitment experience and be excited to get face to face with all clients, developing relationships and making a difference to the careers of your candidates, and client workforce. A proportion of your role will be field-based in order to conduct your site meetings, covering the following areas: Harrow/NW London, Uxbridge, Watford, Welwyn, Stevenage, Luton and surrounding areas. Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30-17:00 / 09:00-17:30 - with a 1hr lunch. Hybrid working, 3 days in office / 2 days at home after on-boarding period.Salary: 26k - 32k (dependent upon experience) plus monthly commission and annual bonuses.Location: Borehamwood (free parking, kitchen facilities, vending machines, close to supermarkets and shops etc)Team: The team are a tight knit friendly bunch who are extremely determined and dedicated to helping one another thrive.
