You will be responsible for building, growing, and managing a profitable perm desk. Key Responsibilities Business Development: Building relationships with new clients and nurturing existing client accounts.Candidate Sourcing: Utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and our internal database to headhunt top talent.Candidate Management: Screening, interviewing, and managing candidates through the full interview process.Client Management: Taking detailed job briefs, providing market insights, and managing negotiations.Networking: Building a strong personal brand within your niche sector.
