What You''ll Be Doing

• Developing and growing your own specialist recruitment market
• Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Winning new business and developing existing accounts
• Managing recruitment campaigns from vacancy qualification through to placement
• Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates through job boards, LinkedIn and networking
• Negotiating offers and delivering successful placements
• Conducting client meetings and developing new opportunities
• Working towards targets, earning commission and building a successful desk
