The Role

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to placement

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the healthcare sector

• Source, screen, and interview candidates to match client requirements

• Coordinate placements and ensure excellent service delivery

• Maintain compliance with industry standards and company policies

• Achieve and exceed sales and performance targets

• Build and manage a strong pipeline of candidates and clients

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service is desirable but not essential

• A confident and professional communicator

• Strong organisational and time-management skills

• A proactive, results-driven attitude

• Ability to build lasting relationships and influence decision-makers

• Resilience and determination to succeed in a target-driven environment

• A full UK driving licence is advantageous
