The Role: Recruitment Consultant (No Business Development) As a Recruitment Consultant, you ll focus purely on candidate engagement no cold calling or new business required. You ll be the bridge between great people and great opportunities, offering candidates an outstanding recruitment journey from first contact to placement and beyond. What You''ll Be Doing Build and nurture a network of trusted candidates and referrals. Proactively identify talent using recruitment platforms and social media. Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in our internal system. Conduct video interviews and prepare polished candidate profiles. Guide candidates and clients through the hiring journey.
