This is a 360 role, from business development and client engagement to sourcing high-quality candidates and managing successful placements. A typical week: Develop new and existing client relationships Source and place high-quality talent Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates Deliver an outstanding recruitment experience You''ll need: A minimum of 2 years'' agency recruitment experience Strong sourcing, Boolean search, BD skills Confident and professional communication skills Experience recruiting for corporate/professional services roles Why Newtons?
