Salary Up to £35,000 dependent on exp Hours Flexible working week Benefits; Holidays grow with service to 30 days holiday plus bank holidays Early finish on a Friday Hybrid working and flexible hours Build and manage your own successful permanent desk No micro management Autonomy in decision making Competitive bonus structure Responsibilities As a recruitment consultant you''ll need to: Generate new business, sales is a standard part of the day Use sales, business development, and marketing techniques - as well as networking skills - to attract business from client companies Visit clients and develop positive relationships Have a good understanding of clients in your area, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment, and the type of candidate would suit their business. Create adverts and advertise vacancies by drafting and placing adverts, to be posted to online job boards Use social media to advertise positions, attract candidates, and build relationships Source candidates for permanent opportunities and fill the vacancies Identify - or ''headhunt'' - and approach suitable candidates who may already be in work Use candidate databases to match the right person to the vacancy Receive and review applications, manage interviews ..... full job details .....
