What You''ll Be Doing Building relationships with candidates across software, data, product, cyber security, and technology markets Supporting live roles by sourcing and shortlisting candidates Using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking to find talent Learning how to qualify candidates and understand motivations Arranging interviews and managing feedback Writing adverts and outreach messages Developing your market knowledge and communication skills What We''re Looking For Strong communication skills Confidence speaking with people A competitive mindset Self-motivation and ambition Resilience and determination A willingness to learn Sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, estate agency, or recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential What You''ll Get 27,000 basic salary + Uncapped commission Industry-leading ..... full job details .....
