What You''ll Do

As a Recruitment Consultant, you''ll connect talented education professionals with schools across the UK.

Your role will include:

• Interviewing and qualifying candidates

• Building strong candidate relationships

• Developing relationships with schools and clients

• Matching candidates to opportunities

• Managing your own pipeline

• Working towards weekly KPIs

• Business development and sales

• Negotiating and closing deals

• Growing client accounts

• Learning advanced communication, sales and influencing skills
