Recruitment Consultant

Mainstream Fleet Services are pleased to be recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to join their successful and established agency. This role is based in Maidstone, Kent. We specialise in providing temporary staff for the Transport sector, but we are open to exploring different sectors in the future. The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent customer service skills. Confidence speaking with clients and candidates both face to face and over the phone Recruitment experience would be preferred, ideally within the Transport sector. Previous sales experience would be preferred. The role entails: Pro-actively approaching potential clients about the services that the agency offers. Communicating regularly with candidates via the telephone, text, and email. Making sure that all communications are updated and recorded via a central system. Ensuring all temporary workers are fully compliant with various legislation, and that the agency continues to fulfil its obligations. Full training will be provided. Identifying areas for growth (different sectors, areas, etc.) Other details: Salary will be dependent on skills and experience. 20 days + 8 bank holidays. Monday to Friday, office based + client visits when required. Parking available on site. The role will require flexibility as there will be an element of on call support as the agency operates 24/7.
