Recruitment Consultant - Legal Support Team

With growth across all areas of the business, Talk Staff Recruitment is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our permanent team and drive growth across the legal recruitment market.

In this role, you’ll understand and deliver appropriate recruitment solutions, focusing on building upon the success of our current Legal Recruitment Team and providing the highest levels of service to existing customers. You’ll specialise in recruiting across a wide range of law firms with a specific focus on Legal Secretaries, Legal Assistants and Legal PAs, partnering with law firms and legal businesses across the UK.

You’ll provide a value-added service to both clients and candidates, offering advice and insight around career direction, salary levels, market trends and training requirements, while building strong, long-term relationships within the legal sector.

• Proven experience in an Recruitment Agency, within any white-collar discipline

• Experience recruiting within the legal sector or legal support market would be highly advantageous

• Used to building a strong talent pool of great candidates and managing this alongside your daily candidate and client calls

• A good understanding of the different legal support roles within law firms, including Legal Administrators, Legal Secretaries, Legal Assistants and Legal PAs

• Ideally, you’ll have experience working with professional or office-based candidates and clients

• Confident building relationships with both new and existing clients

Due to the exceptional client growth we have experienced over the last 2 years, we expect this role to be a busy role, with the opportunity to earn commission from day 1.  We have a very supportive and knowledgeable team to help out – so don’t worry! They’re a nice bunch too!

• Build and manage a strong network of legal support candidates, keeping up to date with availability, career aspirations, salary expectations and market trends

• Using innovative candidate sourcing and screening techniques and comprehensive client briefs, find the best legal support professionals for every vacancy

• Manage the full 360 recruitment process, from business development and candidate attraction through to interview management, offer and placement

• Provide candidates with advice on career direction, salary levels and opportunities within the legal support market

• Help develop and grow Talk Staff Recruitment’s presence within the legal recruitment market

£28,000 to £32,000 per annum – plus a great commission scheme paying out up to 25%
