The role As a Recruitment Consultant, you''ll be at the heart of our schools'' staffing, matching great educators with the classrooms that need them. No two days are the same, but your role will include: Building and developing relationships with schools, headteachers and business managers Sourcing, interviewing and registering teachers, teaching assistants and cover supervisors Managing daily supply bookings, including early morning cover requests Placing candidates into long-term and permanent roles Carrying out compliance checks to keep safeguarding standards high Growing your own desk through business development and account management About you We''re open to experienced recruiters and to people looking to start a career in recruitment.
