Recruitment Consultant

The Role:As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, developing strong relationships with both clients and candidates within the construction industry.Key responsibilities will include:Managing and developing existing client relationshipsGenerating new business through outbound sales calls, networking and referralsTaking detailed job briefs and matching suitable candidates to live vacanciesAdvertising vacancies across multiple job boards and social media platformsSourcing, screening and interviewing candidatesManaging candidate availability and bookings for temporary assignmentsCarrying out full candidate registrations, including compliance, references and qualification checksNegotiating pay rates and fees with clients and candidatesUsing the internal CRM/database to maintain accurate records and activity logsAlways providing a high level of service to clients and candidatesWorking collaboratively with resourcers and other consultants within the teamThe ideal candidate:Confident, motivated and target-drivenExcellent communication and telephone mannerStrong organisational and time-management skillsComputer literate with the ability to learn internal systemsPrevious recruitment, sales or construction industry experience is desirableFull clean driving licence ..... full job details .....
