The Role As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across both permanent and contract vacancies. You will be responsible for developing new business, building long-term client relationships, sourcing exceptional candidates, and delivering an outstanding recruitment service. Key Responsibilities Develop and grow your own recruitment desk. Generate new business opportunities and build lasting client relationships. Source, interview and qualify candidates for permanent and contract positions. Manage the full recruitment process from vacancy briefing through to placement.
