What You''ll Be Doing As part of our Industrial division, you''ll be responsible for managing client accounts while sourcing quality candidates for temporary and permanent vacancies. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Managing the full recruitment process from taking job briefs through to successful placements. Recruiting for a range of Industrial and Logistics roles, including Warehouse Operatives, Forklift Drivers, Production Operatives, Van Drivers, Administrators and Team Leaders. Developing relationships with new and existing clients. Advertising vacancies and proactively sourcing candidates using job boards, social media and networking.
