You''ll support direct worker cohorts and hiring managers across a range of facilities management and business support roles. What you''ll doSource and place workers in facilities, industrial and admin rolesBuild strong relationships with hiring managers to understand recruitment needsBuild and maintain effective relationships with 3rd party agency suppliersSupport new worker onboarding, check ins and issue resolutionLiaise with internal teams such as compliance to keep placements running smoothlyOccasional visits to client sites to support workforce planning and retentionUse our applicant tracking system (ATS) and vendor management system (VMS) to keep records, build worker pools and monitor pipelinesHelp meet fill rate ..... full job details .....
