Key Responsibilities Source and screen candidates for live vacancies. Build candidate relationships through phone, email and online channels. Write job adverts and manage applications. Support interview coordination, feedback and offer processes. Maintain accurate CRM and candidate records. Assist with client research and business-development activity.
