We''re looking for an ambitious Construction Recruiter who already understands the market and has experience working a recruitment desk, but is looking for more guidance, development and opportunity to progress. You''ll work very closely with one of our Recruitment Directors, giving you direct access to senior-level experience and mentorship while you continue to develop your own skills, relationships and desk. This isn''t about starting again. It''s about taking the experience you''ve already built and turning it into something much bigger. What We''re Looking For 1-3 years recruitment experience, ideally specialising in the construction sector. A good understanding of the construction recruitment market and how a recruitment desk works. Experience sourcing candidates and building relationships within your market.
