Previous recruitment agency experience is essential, ideally within permanent recruitment, as you ll need to contribute from the outset.The roleYou ll manage the recruitment process from identifying business opportunities through to successful placements. Your responsibilities will include: Developing business across new, existing and lapsed clients.Building lasting client relationships and understanding their recruitment needs.Sourcing, screening and matching candidates to suitable opportunities.Managing vacancies, arranging interviews and supporting clients and candidates through offers and onboarding.Building a strong pipeline of candidates and vacancies.Negotiating terms and fees.Maintaining accurate records and meeting company compliance ..... full job details .....
