Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant looking for autonomy, realistic targets and a supportive team?

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions specialises in permanent recruitment, supporting clients across a broad range of sectors nationwide. As part of the established gap personnel group, we combine the backing of a wider business with a collaborative, personal approach.

We’re looking for an experienced recruiter who can take ownership of their desk, develop client relationships and manage the full recruitment process with confidence. Previous recruitment agency experience is essential, ideally within permanent recruitment, as you’ll need to contribute from the outset.

The role

You’ll manage the recruitment process from identifying business opportunities through to successful placements. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing business across new, existing and lapsed clients.
• Building lasting client relationships and understanding their recruitment needs.
• Sourcing, screening and matching candidates to suitable opportunities.
• Managing vacancies, arranging interviews and supporting clients and candidates through offers and onboarding.
• Building a strong pipeline of candidates and vacancies.
• Negotiating terms and fees.
• Maintaining accurate records and meeting company compliance requirements.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience within a recruitment agency, ideally managing a permanent recruitment desk.
• A track record of winning business and making successful placements.
• Confidence managing the full recruitment process independently.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation and organisational skills.
• A proactive, commercially focused approach.
• A commitment to delivering a high standard of service to clients and candidates.

Hours and flexibility

Our standard hours are 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday. We’re an inclusive employer and are open to discussing flexible arrangements, including reduced hours and hybrid working.
