Book/attend service and sales meetings. Help ensure KPIs, targets, and service levels are met across the branch. Source, screen, and interview candidates for both temporary and permanent roles across multiple Industrial sectors. Develop and maintain a candidate database using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social media and CRM systems. Conduct pre-employment checks, reference checks, and right-to-work verifications, adhering with compliance, legal and company standards. Match suitable candidates to client job vacancies based on skills, experience, and cultural fit. Supporting the branch to achieve budgeted and non-financial targets Manage candidate availability and deployment for temporary assignments. Skills Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
