Key Duties Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of vacancies. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates. Advertise roles and proactively source talent through multiple channels. Manage the full recruitment process from vacancy qualification to placement. Arrange interviews, provide feedback, and negotiate offers. Develop new business and grow existing client accounts. Maintain accurate records using the CRM/ATS system.
