The Role

Working within the executive search division, you''ll recruit senior leadership and executive-level professionals across the Food & Drink and FMCG sectors.

Typical assignments include:

• Manufacturing & Operations Leadership
• Supply Chain & Procurement
• Engineering & Technical Management
• Quality & Food Safety
• NPD & Product Development
• Commercial & Sales Leadership
• Director and Board-Level Appointments

This is a consultative recruitment role focused on building long-term partnerships with clients and candidates rather than high-volume transactional recruitment.

You''ll be joining a business where individual consultants regularly generate between200,000 and -600,000+-in annual fees, demonstrating the quality of the market, client base and opportunity available.

Experience within Food & Drink or FMCG recruitment would be advantageous but is not essential.
