Main duties will include: Proactively sourcing candidates through Reed, CV Library and LinkedIn Recruiter Developing new business and nurturing existing client relationships Building strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients Formatting and presenting CVs to a high standard Taking detailed job briefs directly from clients Creating engaging job descriptions for our website and job boards Managing applications and actively searching for suitable candidates across multiple channels Providing an honest, consultative service to both clients and candidates Coordinating interviews and fully preparing candidates ahead of time Negotiating offers and managing expectations on both sides The successful candidate will have: Previous experience in sales or an office-based customer service environment, with the confidence to speak to people at all levels Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to build instant rapport A confident, resilient and ..... full job details .....
