Job Title: Client Partner - Accountancy Practice Recruitment

Location: Hayle, Cornwall

ProTalent is a boutique recruitment consultancy specialising exclusively in accountancy practice recruitment. Our specialist team operates solely within the practice arena, and we are currently enjoying a period of organic growth and ongoing success. We are now seeking a highly driven and experienced Client Partner to join our dynamic team here in Cornwall. The role will be office based.

Purpose of the Role:

As a Trainee Client Partner, you will begin your journey in the recruitment industry by learning how to build strong relationships with clients and candidates, support recruitment processes, and contribute to the success of our clients and our business. You will be supported with training and mentoring to develop the skills needed to match outstanding candidates with exciting career opportunities in accountancy practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learning Client Engagement: Assist with developing and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.

• Candidate Attraction: Support the sourcing of candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, direct applications, and networking.

• Recruitment Support: Help manage recruitment processes from job brief to placement under the guidance of senior consultants.

• Consultative Development: Begin developing your consultative skills to provide advice and guidance to candidates and clients.

• Business Development Exposure: Learn how to identify new business opportunities and support the growth of our client base.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Eager to start a career in recruitment, ideally with an interest in accountancy or professional services.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and keen to learn in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Confident using LinkedIn, email, and other digital tools.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM
