This role is for a proven recruiter. Someone who can consistently bill  £130K year after year, not just once by accident, but year after year because they know how to hunt, win, and deliver.

If your CV is full of “nearly hit target” or “smashed KPI’s (but can’t prove it),” save us both the bother.

What we want:

• A track record of six-figure billings (proof required – league tables, P60s, trophies, screenshots, carrier pigeon, whatever).
• Business development swagger: cold calls, client meetings, and closing deals don’t scare you.
• The hunger to earn serious commission (because the £40K base is just the starter, the real money’s in the bonus).
• Thick skin, quick wit, and zero fear of graft.
