Recruitment Consultant

Location:-Doncaster, DN4 commutable from Doncaster, Worksop, Scunthorpe, Rotherham and Sheffield

Salary:28,000 - -33,000 per annum (Negotiable based on experience) + uncapped commission, with expected first-year earnings of -34,000 - -42,000+ (including commission).

Package Includes:-iPhone, Laptop, Pension, 28 days annual leave (increasing with service).

Working Hours:-Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm.

iRecruit is an established recruitment agency operating out of Doncaster for over 14 years. Based in Doncaster, close to the M18 (Jct 3).

Requirements:

• Prior recruitment experience.
• Track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience in our current markets is beneficial, but we also consider those with recruitment experience in other sectors seeking a change or wanting to develop their own desk/division.
