Crem Recruitment is an established independent recruitment agency supplying temporary and permanent staff across the Industrial, Manufacturing, Logistics and Commercial sectors throughout Suffolk and Cambridgeshire. We''re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Industrial team, taking over an established temporary recruitment desk with existing clients, regular vacancies and immediate opportunities to generate revenue. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, developing business and delivering an excellent recruitment service. The post holder will need to be commercially minded, organised and confident managing both clients and candidates in a fast-paced environment. The Role You''ll take ownership of an established Industrial desk, managing existing client accounts while identifying opportunities to grow the business. You''ll be responsible for filling temporary vacancies across warehouse, manufacturing, production and logistics, ensuring clients receive a consistently high level of service. This is a busy, hands-on role where you''ll balance account management, business development, candidate attraction and day-to-day recruitment activity. Key Responsibilities Manage and develop a portfolio of existing Industrial clients. Build long-term client relationships through regular contact and site visits.
