Recruitment Consultant - Contract Desk

Streamline Search is looking for an experienced Contract Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team and help build out our contract recruitment offering within the construction sector. This is a key hire for the business and would suit someone who has already worked within contract or temporary recruitment and understands how to develop a contractor desk from the ground up. We already have an established client base across construction, engineering and technical markets and are now looking to expand our contract capability alongside our existing permanent recruitment offering. The role You will be responsible for developing and managing a contract recruitment desk, with a strong focus on the construction sector. Your responsibilities will include: Winning new contract and temporary recruitment requirementsDeveloping existing client relationships and identifying contract opportunitiesBuilding and maintaining a strong contractor networkSourcing, qualifying and placing contractors into live assignmentsNegotiating pay rates, charge rates and marginsManaging the recruitment process from initial vacancy through to placement and ongoing assignmentMaintaining regular contact with clients and contractorsWorking closely with the wider Streamline team to identify cross-selling opportunitiesBuilding a sustainable book of recurring contract revenue What we''re looking for Previous experience within contract or temporary recruitmentExperience recruiting within construction, ..... full job details .....
