Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Consultant located in Ashford, Surrey. The successful Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for sourcing and matching candidates to job openings, conducting interviews, and providing consultation services to clients. Daily tasks include maintaining and updating job postings, managing client and candidate relationships, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process from start to finish. The role involves regular communication with clients and candidates to meet their needs effectively. Qualifications The ability to write proposals and negotiate rates with clients and candidates.
