This role is ideally suited to an experienced consultant with a strong sales mindset, though we will also consider entry-level candidates who demonstrate clear commercial drive and a genuine interest in business development.Recruitment is a sales-driven environment, and success in this role comes from building relationships, identifying opportunities, and consistently delivering value to clients and candidates alike.
