You''ll be responsible for:Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the Industrial sectorBuilding strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clientsSourcing, attracting and placing high-quality candidatesManaging the full recruitment process from initial enquiry through to successful placementGrowing your desk and identifying opportunities to increase revenueRepresenting and developing the Barker Ross brand within the local marketWhat we''re looking forWe''re looking for someone who is commercially minded, confident and passionate about recruitment.
