Recruitment Consultant Manchester Up to £32,000 Full-Time, Permanent Job Description: We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Recruitment Consultant to support a government-funded programme helping young people aged 18-24 gain valuable work experience and progress into sustainable employment. This is an exciting opportunity for a relationship-focused sales professional who enjoys developing partnerships, identifying opportunities and working with employers to support their recruitment needs. You will play a key role in securing employment opportunities for young people whilst building long-term relationships with local businesses and stakeholders. The role involves:Developing and delivering employer engagement and business development activity to generate vacancies, referrals and new opportunities.Building and maintaining strong relationships with employers, stakeholders and partner organisations.Promoting services through networking events, employer meetings and stakeholder engagement activities.Taking a consultative approach with employers to understand recruitment and workforce development requirements.Identifying and securing suitable vacancies for customers through proactive sales and business development activity.Matching candidates to employment opportunities and supporting the recruitment process from vacancy generation through to placement.Coordinating interviews and maintaining effective communication between employers, candidates and employment ..... full job details .....
