The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a couple of years'' experience in sales, business development or recruitment who is looking to accelerate their career within a high-performing executive search environment.

You''ll have the opportunity to build your own market, develop long-term client relationships and work alongside experienced consultants on senior-level appointments, with clear progression and uncapped earning potential.

What You''ll Be Doing

  • Building and developing relationships with senior professionals and key decision-makers.
  • Generating new business through proactive business development and outbound calling.
  • Managing the full recruitment process from initial brief through to successful placement.
  • Identifying and engaging high-calibre candidates through headhunting, networking and market mapping.
  • Conducting candidate interviews and managing recruitment processes.
  • Developing your own client portfolio and becoming a trusted recruitment partner.
  • Working towards ambitious sales, activity and revenue targets.

What We''re Looking For

  • 1-3 years'' experience within a sales, business development or recruitment environment.
  • A confident communicator who enjoys picking up the phone and building relationships.
  • Someone who is proactive, resilient and thrives in a target-driven environment.
  • Strong commercial awareness and a genuine interest in developing new business.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious and eager to progress quickly.
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
