What You''ll Be DoingRecruit Sales professionals across the UK and EMEA markets.Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously across different countries and business units.Source exceptional talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, and multiple premium job boards.Conduct competency-based interviews and candidate assessments.Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines across German-speaking and wider EMEA markets.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing through to offer management and onboarding.Deliver an outstanding candidate experience while acting as a trusted recruitment partner.Utilise market ..... full job details .....
