EMEA Recruitment Business Partner (Go-to-Market)Up to 75,000 per annum + Benefits 6-Month FTC Hybrid - 1 Day per Week in Central London We are looking for an experienced EMEA Recruitment Business Partner to join a high-performing Talent Acquisition team, supporting hiring across the EMEA region. This is a strategic recruitment role partnering with senior stakeholders to attract top commercial talent, with a particular focus on Go-to-Market (GTM) functions including Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Channel, Alliances and Revenue Operations. This is not an agency-facing or delivery recruitment role. We''re looking for someone who has worked in-house for a software or SaaS vendor, understands how GTM organisations are structured, and has experience managing external recruitment partners to deliver outstanding hiring outcomes. You''ll act as a trusted advisor to the business, influencing hiring strategy, providing market insight, and ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
