What You''ll Be Doing Sourcing high-quality candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and our extensive in-house database as well as cutting edge AI recruitment tools. Conducting telephone and virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability, skills, and career aspirations. Managing candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process. Interpreting client job briefs and identifying the key skills, experience, and qualities required. Delivering exceptional service to both candidates and clients. Working to deadlines whilst managing multiple vacancies and priorities.
