We''re looking for a highly organised, detail focused and commercially minded individual who can build strong relationships. This is a key role, where you''ll take ownership of the day-to-day coordination of recruitment activity, ensuring our recruitment service is organised and moving at pace. We''ve recently introduced Workday, our new people system, and you''ll play a key role in supporting it as we continue to develop and improve it. You''ll be the go-to person for recruitment support, helping our recruiters and depot managers with day-to-day queries and keeping recruitment activity on track. As well as maintaining accurate data and management information, you''ll also support recruiters with depot hiring, helping to deliver a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
