Recruitment Coordinator (Fixed Term Contract)

Location: Milton Keynes
Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
Contract: Fixed Term Contract until 31st December
Salary: up to -14ph (depending on experience)

We are looking for a motivated and organised Recruitment Coordinator to join our busy team in Milton Keynes on a fixed-term basis until 31st December. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Conduct telephone screening interviews with candidates
• Register candidates and support them through the induction process
• Verify and assess Right to Work documentation
• Deliver excellent face-to-face customer service to candidates and stakeholders
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation
• Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks and compliance checks
• Ensure all processes are completed accurately and within required timescales

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and face-to-face
• Confident using Microsoft Office and recruitment systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous recruitment, administration, or customer service experience is desirable but not essential
